Q: Are there any initial signs that indicate the general condition of a home? A: As an experienced and knowledgable home inspector, the moment I pull into a property, I do an observational scan of the outside of the home. I'm looking for any red flags; paying special attention to potential water damage, survey the condition of the roof, and foundation including any landscaping near windows and entryways. I also take into account if there are any signs of renovations and if so, were they done properly.
