Water quality testing Just as important as a home inspection is testing the quality of your water. Sometime your lender may even require you have this done, depending on the type of loan you may be using. During your inspection we can pull water samples for testing at a local lab. Some of the more common things we test for are: Bacteria (coliform and e. coli), Nitrates, Lead, Copper However, there are many different tests we can pull water samples for. You would think if might be difficult to narrow down the different houses, but this is always an easy one. The secret tunnel house. Informed home buyers aware of accessible tools are looking for home inspectors that offer these services. The condition and findings of the roof inspection are always detailed in a full report to my clients. Those details are so important. And I love it when I can add some innovation to my tool box that can benefit my clients and enhance my level of service.
